Modiphius on Twitch
I recently found out that there is an official Modiphius live stream on Twitch, that whilst running for a while has just started to grow and gain momentum. I'm a big fan of games producers and publishers doing this kind of thing - it is true that there is no better way to learn a new game than to play it, but a Twitch stream or youtube videos come a real close second. I find them really informative and a great help when picking up a new system or preparing for a game that I haven't run before.
You can find the Modiphius stream at https://www.twitch.tv/modiphius. Currently they stream every Wednesday at 16.30 BST (08.30 PST / 11.30 EST) and every Friday at 15.00 BST (07.00 PST / 10:00 EST) - in truth, as a working man in the UK these aren't the most convenient times, but that said you can always catch up here, much of their content is also crossposted on Youtube where you will also find a lot of other excellent content.
On Wednesdays the Twitch stream focusses on live sessions of their RPG games such as Conan, Star Trek and John Carter of Mars and Friday is Fallout Fridays where they stream games of the Fallout Wasteland Warfare miniature game.
This weeks stream, which I did catch was the Conan Adventures RPG hosted by their excellent in house GM Lloyd - we've had the pleasure, in the past of Lloyd attending ReuniCon in Brighton and he is a really excellent GM (you're welcome back any time Lloyd - 7th September this year!).
If you get a chance do check out the stream its a great way to get a feel for how the games run, with the people who know them best.
